Welcome to CustomCampusCreations (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Sanguis Holdings Corporation, a company registered in the State of Georgia, USA. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of Website

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.

Orders & Customization

All products are made to order. We offer:

  • Bulk orders

  • Personalized merchandise

  • Pre-designed and fully custom designs

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially if the content violates intellectual property rights or community guidelines.

User-Submitted Content

Customers may upload custom designs for production. You must own the rights to any content submitted or have permission to use it. Trademarked, copyrighted, or infringing material is strictly prohibited.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, product images, branding, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Sanguis Holdings Corporation and/or its contracted artists and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.

Customers do not gain ownership or license to any intellectual property by purchasing products. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. Returns are not accepted unless approved upon review by Sanguis Holdings Corporation. Exceptions may be made in cases of damage, incorrect items, or defects.

To request a review, please contact us at contact@customcampuscreations.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and a detailed explanation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Average production + delivery time: 5–7 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

  • We offer international shipping.

  • We take full responsibility for delays or lost shipments and will keep you informed in such cases.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes. Sales tax is collected in the State of Georgia. We accept payments via integrated platforms available through our Wix-based site (platforms may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or others).

We reserve the right to modify prices or billing terms at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanguis Holdings Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to your use of our site or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Supplier Access & Confidentiality

CustomCampusCreations does not provide direct access to our suppliers, factories, or manufacturers. This policy protects our proprietary supply chain, vendor relationships, and intellectual property. Supplier identities, factory names, factory locations, and sourcing channels are considered confidential and will not be disclosed to customers or third parties under any circumstance.

Supply Chain Transparency

While we do not offer full supply chain disclosures, CustomCampusCreations verifies its suppliers directly and only partners with vendors who demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, international labor standards. We prioritize working with facilities that operate in alignment with ethical labor practices and uphold compliance with relevant laws and global guidelines.

Certifications

Some suppliers we work with may hold certifications such as WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), SA8000, or Fair Trade Certified. However, CustomCampusCreations is not obligated to obtain or provide certification documents, audit reports, or third-party verifications to any customer or third party. Certification status and documentation are handled internally and may be subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or restricted use.

Code of Conduct

CustomCampusCreations maintains an internal Code of Conduct that prohibits the use of child labor, forced labor, or exploitative working conditions. All suppliers are required to agree to these standards as a condition of doing business with us. However, supplier-specific codes of conduct, if any, are not public and will not be shared externally.

Third-Party Audits

CustomCampusCreations does not release copies or summaries of any third-party audits related to supplier facilities or operations. Any such documentation is proprietary to the supplier and is not subject to public distribution.
